Andreas, Error 1013 usually means that there are insufficient rights for one of the directories Adagio uses. It can also mean that another application (a backup or virus scan process) has the file locked.
Check for any other applications having locked the application first. Secondly, run the checksys.exe program in the \Softrak\System folder and look for any read/write problems there. Thirdly, re-run the procedure that I outlined to you regarding your AP last week. I indersdtand that you have just upgraded ststions to Windows 7. I will send you Windows 7-specific instructions for verifying rights/ownership at the data file level. If none of this works, I will come to your office at lunchtime today and install a Hot Fix that might solve the prtoblem.
