Using O/E 8.1C (090731)
I have just created a new order entry for the sole purpose of generating picking tickets. When entering a new order: On the Header screen, the location is empty. If I try to go the the Details screen, a message "A valid location code is required" comes up. I can key in a location code; but in the past, it has always defaulted.
I think I have set up a default in Maintainence - Define Order Entry Template. Under the Order tab, for Location the Enter on New and Skip Field are left unchecked, and the Default is set to "AB". I have set up "AB" as a location code.
(I have had this problem before in a different O/E data base. It seemed to happen after we did the upgrade in early September. I didn't worry about this one because I was only going to be using it for a few more weeks.)
So my question is, how do I get the location code to default? Is this "my" problem, or an "Adagio" problem? I do not have the latest hot fix. I've been hoping that a service pack would be coming soon.
