Do you have an external email address you can try sending to instead? (gmail, etc.)


On the "on success" and "on failure" tabs of the company profile, how are the results being included (bottom drop down box)? If it's "attach", try "append" instead. Sometimes junk mail filters don't like attachments, which could explain why the test emails are making it through, but not the live runs.
