Since it's working for the people on the forum, your dealer is probably going to have to poke around your specific site and find out why. You said that the test e-mail was sent OK, but was it received properly? How about trying to send the e-mail through MAPI (Outlook) while you watch by running th job manually and making sure that the e-mail is both sent and received.

This will end up being a trial and error process as you try and eliminate all the differences between a site that is working an your own.

Technology is like that sometimes.
