Even though I have not been contributing to Lester’s forum topic, I have been monitoring the responses with Lester from the start and over the last many, many weeks we have tried pretty well everything!
Larry - you are correct.
The good news is that the applications are all working. The DataCare is doing what it is supposed to be doing - backing up the data and performing verifications on the data.
As well, the data is being backed up to VitalESafe properly.
The only issue that we have is that Lester does not receive an email after everything is completed, to indicate that the session was successful (or failed).
We have tried many different settings on Lester's system, but so far, no luck. We probably have to get his IT person involved in this. (Which is a bit excessive, as the most important components are all working just fine. The only thing that we are missing is that final email.)
