Thanks for the reply. It is definitely a weird one. I have a screen shot if you would like to see it.

The other problems with this issue are related to this. When I see the depressed buttons, I know that my printouts will be garbled as I outlined in previous posts.

The problem(s) you are experiencing are being caused by the environment you are running Adagio in, which is one of the hardest things to solve in a forum.

I would suggest that rather than continue to struggle with this you should get your Adagio Consultant to help you out.

In Windows display settings, check the "text size". What is it set to? If it's not already 100%, reduce it to 100% and try Adagio. You may need to reboot after the change.

Sometimes, like Bruce just did, when trying to deal with questions in a forum you have to think of the right question to ask when the description of the problem doesn't fit any norm.

Reset your screen resolution to the "Recommended" settings and set the font size to 100%

Hi Bruce and Doug,

That seems to be the issue. My laptop monitor's display setting was set at 125% but when I changed it to 100%, the issue on the VPN (actually Remote Desktop) went away.
