I have installed and re-installed the upgrade but continue to have this problem when trying to print and invoice batch, check batch, adjustment batch etc. Example, entered a manual check batch and then tried to print the batch. The following error comes up.

The table 'APW92_Batch_status' could not be found. Error in File Apmcbatch{14C5769C-992B-4A18-A313-773BF5C6A645}.rpt: The table could not be found.

I received this error with any type of batch I create, just the name of the file in the error will change to reflect the type of batch I have created.

Bottom line is I cannot print any batches created as the APW92_Batch status file cannot be found.

How can this be rectified?

• The User Preferences Listing (File | User preferences | Listing)
• The Company Profile (Reports | General Reports | Company Profile)
• The Open Payables (Reports | Transaction and Analysis Reports | Open Payables)

In that order.

Were there ANY messages during the installation of the Upgrade reporting an error condition? Are you running Adagio Ledger 9.2A?

I could print the User Preferences. I could not print the open payables or company profile

Both have the error saying the company profile cannot be found

Yes, I am running Ledger 9.2A. No errors on the payables install. Data integrity check lists all as OK too.

You should check that you have the following files installed in \Softrak\Dict:

The files you listed are not in the Dict folder

Can you print from the sample data?
