You can download a ZIP of the CRRuntime file from
here manually and unzip it into the
x:\SOFTRAK\system\CR_InstallCommon Folder, then rerun the install to see if that resolves the problem.
I understand why you are grumpy about this Upgrade not going smoothly. In our defense, our
Release Note classifies the Upgrade as "Difficult", so I'm a bit surprised you would install it just prior to completing your month end. Of course, perhaps this just speaks to the good job we've done with earlier Upgrades. Unfortunately, this component is delivered from other company's web sites.
If you would like, run
x:\Softrak\System\chksys.exe
and take a Snapshot (button is top left hand corner of dialog) and send it to me.
