We recently upgraded to Recievables 9.0B We are running into the same error message whenever anyone uses the F6 key. I have tried searching by Report Group, Customer Name, and Customer Phone Number. All 3 searches return the same error:

"Internal Error: field (211) of (@R90ACT9) is not a boolean field"

Any ideas on what may be going on? Thanks very much.

We are going to try re-installing AR 9.0B, because of the Lanpak issue we had last week. Will let you know if that fixes this problem.

From my tests, I believe the problem is restricted to those with Time & Billing data present.

We did re-install our Lanpaks, this did not fix the problem. We are not running Time and Billing at all.

It seems this is an error in the module?

Time & Billing stores client information in the following data files, ARCLNT'I and ARCLNT'R. If these data files are present, AR will generate the error. If you're not using Time & Billing, I believe these two files can be removed. How they got there, I'm not sure.

Hi, Barb,

If you drill down to the Softrak\Dict folder on the server, what are the dates of the @R90AI.ssi and @R90AR.ssi files?

We did drill down to the Softrak\Dict folder, the dates of the @R901Al.ssi and @R90AR.ssi files are 9/14/2010, which is the same date we did the install to AR9.0B

We also checked for the files mentioned by Mr. Wisener, they do not exist in our database.

Hi, Barb,

Those are the correct dates of the files. What Adagio apps specifically are you receiving the error in? Can you tell us their version(release date) as well?

Also, would you please check the exact error reported again. For example, is the file referenced:

@R90ACT9
@R90ACTB or perhaps
@R90AACT?

Hi, Barb,

You indicated earlier that you didn't find either ARCLNT'I.xxx or ARCLNT'R.xxx files in your data folder (where 'xxx' represents your company's 3-character data extension). Can you take another look and see if there are any data files that begin with TB?

Definitely no files that start with TB. The only Adagio module we are running into this for is AR. When we have the customer list open, and hit F6. Does not matter what you type in for the program to search, the error as shown in the first post here is displayed. Release date is 100910. AR 9.0B
