The application has requested the Runtime to terminate it in an unusual way...

Well - something changed or a file is damaged. If this is occurring before the financial reporter is even off the ground, then, if it is a file, it's likely one of the files, GLATREE.dat (the spec code file), GLDTREE.dat (the department tree), GLRPTGRP.dat (the statement groups), GLACCGRP.dat (the account groups).

No. They are not regular "Adagio" files.

BTW - does the finanacial reporter open when you're in the sample data?

Yes, opens fine in Sample and other company data...

OK - it's probably one of those files then. If you just rename them they will be recreated when you launch the financial reporter.
