For some reason the our quote format changes when we e-mail it, i.e. some cell lines are missing, some text is out of line and our logo is blurry. But when we print it everything is fine.

Any ideas?

We are aware of an issue where right-justified and aligned text fields work correctly for printed/faxed documents but not for emailed documents in the PDF. This is currently under investigation but we do not have a solution as of yet. Left-justified and aligned text should work correctly.

Also, emailed documents in PDF sometimes has inconsistent behaviour when drawing lines, where it works in one position but if you move it slightly to one side, it prints thinner or not at all. Try editing the spec and moving the line once cursor position in a direction.

I wonder if a similar scenario is happening for you with the logo, where the resolution of the logo is greater than what can be built for the PDF, thus the end result is a loss of resolution.
