After looking at the data, it turns out that the qiglob data file is not converting properly. The message about converting is being reported because the program is finding something in qiglob that it wasn't expecting and giving the message.

As I have advised the client, the solution in this case is to print out the company profile report (so that a list of the current information is kept), rename qiglob, and let Quik Invoice create a new one. Then re-type the appropriate information back into the company profile (next invoice/CN/batch number, settings, etc).
