This message is a warning message. It is displayed in order to ensure that all batches have been posted, all posting journals and tax summaries cleared in the older version, prior to QIP doing the conversion to the new release.

It gives the user an opportunity to go back into the old data to perform these procedures so that the upgrade can be done without any problems.

There is no issue with this message, again it pertains to the older version.
