A client upgraded from quik invoice plus 6.1A to 6.5 - when he starts quik invoice he receives a message that the data is incompatible and must be converted and there is an option to convert; he selects this option and receives a message to post open batches, clear posting journals and tax summary, but it lets him access the data. Yet once in the data there is nothing to post and clear. He can actually create a batch, post it and clear. he can then print and clear the batch status. Data also passes data integrity check. So, it appears the message to convert is the issue?????
