Another question. Is anyone else in your office able to successfully print a Company Profile or Trial Balance report in your office?
Do you know for certain that your Windows user profile has full access to the entire Softrak folder on the server? If not, you may need to contact your Adagio consultant or IT people to confirm this.
Looking through the System Snapshot may take a bit and I may well have other questions for you also.
