It sounds like not all files were updated properly during the install. When no one else is in Adagio at all, have you tried rerunning the install to see if that fixes the problem?

When you redo the install, please pay particular attention to any messages that may be displayed during the install. Taking screenshots is the best way to remember them.

Examples of messages received might be that there are some ~GL...TMP files created in a particular folder(s), or a message having to do with CR... (eg. Crystal Reports).

And, after when you run Ledger, do you receive any messages then.
