It's important that you have full access to the entire Softrak folder. Actually, the other user would want this also but, for now, they are still running an AP8 product.

Please check and confirm this with us.

Also, when you do installs, do you use the same Windows user logon as you do normally, or do you have a special Windows user logon for doing installs with?
