Hello:

One of our clients encountered something unusual today. In the Payables Profile, the interface to Job Cost was set to "None". It has always been "ACCPAC Plus Job Cost".

The problem, once identified, was easily corrected but they are wondering what happened. Of the 3 users, one was away for the week and the other 2 have no have rights to the Payables Profile.

Are there any circumstances under which Payables will automatically change the Job Cost interface on its' own?

Payables 6.8 (050112) / Ledger 8.0C / AR 8.0A (050412)/ ACCPAC Plus Job Cost 6.X / ACCPAC Plus Payroll
