Client cannot print cheques to the manual or multi-purpose feeder since update. Printer is a kyocera 3800.
I have checked all settings and even setup a printer with default to multipurpose feeder but no go.
after printing the cheque (which comes out of the feeder) the settings are changed back even the size is being changed to A4.
We want to print to the manual feeder because it takes the cheques in the correct number order and we do not have to re-order them before loading.
Worked fine before the upgrade.

Any chance of your client using TelPay? This would solve all your problems with cheques forever!

I have been able to duplicate an issue with the tray selection and I have forwarded it to R&D for further investigation.
