We recently switched from AccPac Plus to Adagio. In AccPac, especially in A/R, the size of the fields that were displayed on the screen were longer than in Adagio. EG: If a customer has a long name, it will not be completely displayed in the fields were the customers name is displayed, whether it is in A/R or O/E. All the information is there if you scroll through the field, but it isn't wholly displayed. Is there any way to correct this? Are we using too big of a font?

Adagio does not support "Large Fonts" as set in the screen display settings. Try changing back to the normal display font and see if the problem goes away.

Or, are all your customer names and other informaiton entered in CAPITAL LETTERS? If so, that might be the problem. Windows uses proportional fonts to display text. Capital letters are wider than their lower case equivalents. It's pretty easy to export all the customer text information into Excel, use the =PROPER() function to convert the names to upper and lower case, and re-import the customer information.
