When I print preview from the G/L, any report, sometimes I get an error message that says "Access violation at address 0040AC01 in module 'Alwin.exe'. Read of address 0018C008". I have to close out of the report, because it continues to try to process. Sometimes if I exit Adagio and open it again the report will then print preview, other times it won't print preview again until I restart my computer. What causes this?

Is this re-creatable with the sample data?

If the printing of a report treminates unexpectedly, then there is often a temporary work file that does not get deleted properly. Subsequent printing of this report is not happy to find the file already exists. Leaving the application, and re-starting it automatically deletes all the temporary files (that are known about).

Personally, I'd try re-installing the product (making sure that you qare re-installing the current version).
