Hi, We have observed these same symptoms as well, in various modules.
The problem appears to be either corruption in your \Softrak\Dict dictionary files or dictionary files out of synch with your installed software version, and it affects the Crystal Reporting of selected reports. Correcting the specific dictionary file resolves the problem.
You can either install the product module(s) again (to refresh your dictionary files) or contact your dealer to get a working copy (zipped) of his/her current dictionary files, and replace into your dictionary, assuming you are on current versions of the Adagio Software and your dealer has all of your versions installed, as well.
