Invoices 8.0A (061101)
I am sure I am doing something wrong although I have checked all the options. I am trying to get a "Listing" of an Archive batch and all I get is a flash and then nothing (Preview or Print).

I seem to remember something about an upgrade problem with "Remember ..." but I think I have checked everything.

Hi Kay,

We haven't had any reported problems with the Archive Batch Listing report not printing correctly to date.

If you run the CHKSYS.EXE utility from the \softrak\system directory, does it report an invalid report table? This is the typical cause of a 'screen flash' when attempting to preview a report. Specifically, the QRTQIB80.QRW table in the \QRASP directory should be dated Dec 6, 2005.

Well you called this one correctly. CHKSYS found 4 errors listed below:
C:\WINNT\CRYSTAL\P2IRSSI.DLL
Version: [] *** Needs: [3.7.2.263]

C:\WINNT\SYSTEM32\CRWSSI.HLP
Date: [] *** Needs: [03/27/2002]

C:\WINNT\SYSTEM32\CRWSSI.CNT
Date: [] *** Needs: [03/27/2002]

C:\WINNT\SYSTEM32\CRWPATH.DLL
Version: [] *** Needs: [1.0.0.1]

I recently discovered that I had originally installed Crystal incorrectly so I reinstalled. Now I have this problem and don't know how to repair.

I am running Win/XP on my workstation and Crystal is installed on a Win/2K server. I can't find "C:\WINNT\CRYSTAL or \SYSTEM32" directory(s). I did find all the correct versions of these programs on the install/execute server in "P:\SOFTRAK\SYSTEM\WIN32".

I did the Crystal re-install with the last upgrade of AR or IN I beleive because that was when I discovered I didn't have sharing of Crystal.

Can you provide direction to repair this situation?

If you've reinstalled 'Crystal Reports for Adagio' on your workstation, you should re-do the workstation setup for Adagio programs on your workstation afterwards. You may even need to reinstall the Adagio programs AR and IN themselves. This is to update report table and system information.

Perhaps you have 'C:\windows\crystal' instead of 'C:\winnt\crystal'? Or your WINNT directory is hidden when you browse through Windows Explorer?
