So before I arrived, our company never used Adagio to email customers their statements, but we're trying to get with the times and take advantage of these functions now. I went to generate a bunch of statements to send out by email, only to notice a bunch of customers were skipped. When I looked into it, I found that many individual customers didn't have email checked under the statement tab, and so Adagio was ignoring them when I asked for statements to email to all those customers. Now, we have a LOT of customers, and I don't want to click into each one to make sure that box is checked (although I will if I have to).

So the question is... is there a way to ensure that box is checked on all our customers, without clicking into each individual one?

Use the F6 SmartFinder to build a list of the clients without email selected as their preferred statement method.

Okay, so that will speed up changing it manually, but is there anyway to mass select them and change it?

Export the customers on the list and import them back in with either the desired setting on the import spreadsheet, or have it set as a default value. There is a video on how to do this too on our web site.
