Let me start by saying that i am new to Adagio. I have an end user that has several Adagio modules installed on her PC. i am in the process of replacing her PC and need to move/migrate the installation to a new PC. Can anyone point in the right direction to get started?
I already have all of the install files downloaded, i am looking for information specific to moving to a new PC. I do not know what, if any files need to be moved from the old PC to the new one.

Hi, Patsy.

Please seek advice from your Adagio consultant if you need more detailed help than what a forum can provide.

Backup the data folder. Could be c:\softrak\data or some other location.

Backup each module's .INI file. Each module is going to have one and it will contain lots of the user's customizations, their previously opened company list, and the registration information for the module. Typically they are c:\softrak\module\module.ini but older versions and some add-ons, like EFT and e-print, have different names and locations.

All the files in c:\softrak\system\ that end with .LD4 and all the .INI files in \softrak\system.

Install the modules to the new system and restore the files above to the appropriate locations.
