I needed to make a change to a customer and when I saved it I got an error message "Error re-writing record to Adagio Filter Matches". My changes were saved but every time I go back to the customer message re-appears.
An integrity check did not solve the problem.
On further investigation, my colleague opened the customer and sees the previous customer info, not the changes I have made, and no error message.
Is there a way to "re-index" manually as that seems to be the problem?

Hi Karin

You can delete the filter, run Data Integrity Check, and then re-create it.

But I would suggest, at a minimum, installing the (170711) service pack for Receivables 9.2A. And really you might want to install the 9.3A upgrade. I seem to remember this being an issue that was fixed.
