The bath file ‘ReinstallAdagioPDFx64.bat only reinstalled the AdagioPDF printer for me. But.

AdagioPDF printer works with Ledger (9.3A); Payables (9.3A) & Purchase Order (9.3A).

But ePrint is not working for:

OE (9.3A), IC (9.2A) and AR (9.2A).

These modules are looking for the AdagioV2PDF printer.

Please help.

System is Window 10 Pro.

When running AdagioV2PDF.EXE, it has to be done with 'Run as Administrator'.

I believe a similar scenario was asked last year in a different topic, where Run as Administrator was the solution.

Thank you for the reply. I did read that topic you mentioned. Yes I did run the AdagioV2PDF.exe as Administrator. I saw the install wizard on screen but at the end no AdagioV2PDF printer show up in Devices & Printers.

We fresh installed all our Adagio modules last month. All others windows 7 workstations are working fine with ePrint. Only one new workstation (Windows 10 Pro) we added last week have this problem.

Should I contact my Adagio consultant or my IT person?

After I ran the AdagioV2PDF.exe, 3 components relate to the AdagioV2PDF is re-installed.
