Do you have 'Lock PDF Setup' enabled in the Company Profile of the Adagio program(s) that does not open the PDF after printing? There was a problem a little over a year ago where having 'Lock PDF Setup' prevented just-ePrinted PDFs from opening. That has since been fixed, but perhaps not in the version you have installed. If in fact that is the issue here.
