We run a report set for our monthly financial reports and it is printed to AdagioPDF and prompts us to save for each statement group and has the statement group filename by default. For the last two months the PDF filename is no longer prompting me the name of the statement group but instead shows the same default every time: GL2017PostingJournal 153.pdf.
The only change that occurred in the last two months is an upgrade to all of our modules to the latest versions. Has something changed with AdagioPDF? I've looked at its printer preferences but nothing seems out of the norm.
I did notice we now have a second AdagioV2PDF but it doesn't seem to have the same features of the other.

Hi KNoel,

I suspect that an additional Profile has been saved on the AdagioPDF (or AdagioV2PDF) and not removed when finished generating the statement. I have seen this behaviour before. In all cases, there should only ever be a single profile saved and active on the printer driver, namely the Default profile.

To address this, you need to open the Printers setup in Windows and locate the AdagioPDF driver, and access the Preferences. Look for a Profiles tab, and if the Default profile is not active, select it and make it active. If there are any other profiles here, they should be deleted.

AdagioV2PDF is a new printer driver - installed and currently only supported by Adagio Payables 9.2B and Adagio Time&Billing 9.2A. It should not yet be used by other Adagio programs, but as upgrades roll out, they will support and use the newer AdagioV2PDF driver, as it does have updated features.

What I forgot to mention is that I don't have this default naming issue when I save my batches to PDF only when I run a financial report to PDF? Does it make sense that it's still the profile?

Problem solved!
Like you said, I had a bunch of old profiles which I deleted and then had to update the default PDF and all is good!
Great service, as always!
