Why did the conversion fail? What's the exact error message? If you don't figure this out, then restoring from a backup will probably not resolve the issue.
Restoring from a backup is not an Adagio function. Adagio backups are zip files so you can use any extracting utility including the one that comes with Windows. However, do not restore to your data folder; restore to another folder and only after confirming that Data Integrity Check on the restored data is clean should you swap out your "live" data and replace it with the restored data. Also, make sure that the only data you swap out/in is the AP data - files that begin with an AP prefix.
