We use the Invoices Text field to uniquely provide extra info on a customer to include on our invoices. We're starting to have a good deal of text codes and notice this table doesn't offer a Find or Export to Excel option to manage them. Is there an alternative way to manage this growing list?
Can we add this to the forever growing wish list!

Yes, a finder on the Text code fields would be nice.

In the mean time there is a finder on the items. You could ask your Adagio Consultant about moving the Text codes to Items as this would give you an immediate solution.

Both the Finder (F5) and SmartFinder (F6) are available within the Text code field on a document's Text tab.

I've entered a request to R&D that we also make them available on the Text Maintenance grid.

Thanks for reminding me the F6 works within the invoice! Having the finder in the grid would still be helpful.
Any chance the Export to Excel option could also be added on the grid?

What version are you using? I have version 9.2A (2016-05-07) and there is an ExcelDirect button on the grid showing the Billing Items.

Bruce - I believe Karin wants an ExcelDirect button on the Edit / Text grid, as they have a lot of Text codes, as opposed to the Edit / Items grid.
