I've confirmed that, if no GL data is present, when you print the G/L Transaction report in OE using the Print button, you are prompted 'Do you want to clear the G/L transactions?'. The prompt occurs when printing to PDF also and when printing to a Destination of File.
The problem, however, is that even if you respond 'yes' to the prompt, the transactions are not cleared.
