Dear Team,

GL Account Listing Export to Excel is now un-usable with data distributed across so many columns or is it that I am doing something incorrect.

Help...

Yes, but it's beautiful, isn't it?

Try previewing the report, then click on the Export icon and select a "Data Only" format. It will be ugly but functional.

This is a result of Softrak upgrading their reports to use Crystal Reports 13 instead of 7/8.5 when moving to version 9.2. It's not their fault, but one thing you can't honestly say is that it's an improvement.

Whether it is an improvement depends what you were using the exported report for. wink

There are many ways to get an account listing into Excel, including the ExcelDirect button on the various Grids, Drill down in the Financial Reporter, and File | Export | Transactions. Each of these methods may prove better for the task at hand (whatever it happens to be) than exporting the report, although that may be the method people are accustomed to using.

The move to SAP Crystal Reports 2013 was a requirement for the ongoing development of Adagio.
