My client is running IC and other modules with Countersales. After all users are out and rebooting server we still see a Countersales "station" as an active user. This is preventing Countersales transaction posting from working. Also I cannot do data integrity checks in any Adagio module. Tried clearing ezuserop and eztasks, that did not work. How can I delete this phantom active user?

This is a Countersales scenario to attend to - Inventory or other Adagio modules cannot remove incorrectly cleared user records from the multi-user task files.
