I want to make some changes to some budget details for this year using the actual results from last year. To do this, I hoped to export the actual monthly account changes for last year, make some edits, then import as a budget file for this year.

Is there a way I can do this?

How about?

1. Export the account Net Changes using File | Export | Account Net Changes.
2. Make the changes you want.
3. Import the monthly budgets using File | Import | Account Budgets
