Question: I would like to know if we have an option of making a PDF of customers & invoices in Order Entry. We currently have Adagio 8.1F Also, can we select accounts with no activity and still be able to see the detailed History? We attended a Seminar on Oct 13th and was shown how to process CC receipts in Purchase Orders and have them record as detailed transaction History on the Vendors account. I couldn't locate this on your website. Also our Purchase Order's has 8.1D Adagio. Any type of help will be welcomed. Thank you

At the risk of not sounding helpful, I really suggest that you start with your Adagio consultant. Your questions are a bit vague and I have a feeling you would be unsatisfied by an attempt to answer them on this forum. Your consultant will be able to sharpen the issues and then assist you better.

Steve's probably correct as I'm not 100% sure about your questions either.

You can always make a PDF of a spec (eg. Invoice) or report in Adagio if you have your Printer setting as the AdagioPDF printer driver.

If you also have Adagio ePrint, you can select to save the document PDF so that it can also be viewed using the AdagioPDF Viewer when you are in Customer transactions.

I hope this helps. With respect to your other questions, they really involve more training and you really are best to contact your Adagio consultant about them.
