Hi there, Andrew showed me last week where I can choose the option that allows you to separate multiple batches that are all posted (and being retrieved) to the GL...however, when I get to the retrieval screen, the areas to choose the options does not allow me to choose one (they are all blue in colour). I tried to find where in the company profile/user preference (and even looked for a entry templates...which of course doesn't exist in GL) but wasn't able to find where I can "tick" that allows these fields to open up for me to then choose one.

The choice is made individually for each sub-ledger. Highlight the first subledger by single-clicking on it, make your choice and then do the same for each subledger underneath.

Awesome - thanks Bruce....I get it...you've got to click on the subledger line of grouped batches first, then it will allow you to access the "separation choices" in the areas below.... Thanks so much!
