Ledger 9.2A print issue duplexing

We recently updated our Adagio Modules within the last month.
When we send print jobs from other Adagio Modules e.g. Payables, Receivables, etc - reports duplex fine. When we send print jobs from Ledger and despite verifying duplex settings are present for the printer; print jobs are not printed in duplex and these reports can be pretty large and bulky, hence presenting a problem for my accounts dep't.

As a workaround we are printing to PDF and then from the PDF we can get a physical duplex print.

Any idea what can be causing this issue?

This is a known issue with Adagio Ledger 9.2A which was brought to our attention after the release of the product. Adagio modules 9.2A and above are all using SAP Crystal Reports 2013 for their management reporting and the technology has changed a bit. The problem will be addressed in the next Service Pack for Ledger. In the interim, the "print to PDF and duplex from there" is the suggested workaround.
