This is the first time I am using ADAGIO. I don't know how to enter Opening balance for all the GL from the previous year.

Basically I am doing the Bank reconciliation , then I have done all the reconciliation entries. While look for the difference , its exactly opening balance. How do i address this issue.

Also the videos are not working from your website. Its keep buffering .

Are you trying to set up Adagio from scratch, or is this just a new position for you. If you are trying to set up your Adagio General Ledger, you should seek some help and advice from your Adagio Consultant.

Generally, you can adjust the opening balance of an account by doing a prior year posting.

Normally, when setting up a bank in bank rec, you normally never enter the opening balance for the bank account balance. If you do, you will see the same issue that you have reported. Sorry.

Setting up a new account in bank rec requires entering the actual statement balance for the opening reconciliation date, but not the opening balance.

You need to get your consultant to assist you with revising the opening balance entry from within your data with a Read/Write utility.
