A sundry item was created in error and a PO was created and posted using this incorrect sundry item. A new sundry item was created, the PO was modified by deleting the line item that contained the incorrect sundry item. The new (correct) sundry item was added to the PO and it was posted. When I attempt to delete the incorrect sundry item I receive an error stating that the sundry item exists in an outstanding PO, and cannot be deleted.

This sundry item was used in only one (1) PO.

If I delete the PO in question, I receive the same error message that the sundry item exists in an outstanding (and now non-existent) PO and cannot be deleted.

Is there a recommended work-around to delete this incorrect sundry item?

In Adagio, like most accounting software, once you create a transaction it cannot be deleted.

At this time the only think you can do is use the Toolkit for Adagio to combine the incorrect Sundry Item into the correct Sundry Item. Earlier you could have used the Toolkit to change the sundry item number to what it should be rather than creating a new one.
