Hey,
Got a strange issue happening in Ledger. One specific user on the network can't print, it's not the Adagio login that is causing the issue, it's the windows user that seems to have some special settings that are causing it.
I rebuilt the user account from scratch, but the issue is still there. When you print, it goes through the motions like it will...but then nothing prints. No errors, no warnings, just no printing. If I log on any other user (windows) it prints fine.
Is there a spot somewhere in Adagio where it tracks the Windows User that is logged on and gives special settings? I already ran the setreports and chksys programs (which did fix some UNC errors, but didn't resolve the printing issue).

Nope, no printers. Tried local, network, Fineprint, Adagio PDF, PDF Factory pro. It acts like it's going to print, but then nothing happens. Its a very odd issue and it's only for this one specific user. I thought blowing away the users profile and making a new registry file would solve it, but Adagio seemed to remember.
Also, I should give some more information on the issue to help understand. We are in a Windows Domain Environment with users that have roaming profiles and redirected folders. We recently moved the Adagio install to a new server, and the UNC pathing issues I saw before were pointing to the old servers directories. However, all other users, on multiple systems in the same domain can use, print and work in Adagio without issue, all using the same UNC paths and network drives.
I was wondering if this specific user might be experiencing some weird Reports directory issue, because I *think* when I was troubleshooting before, it said the reports directory was overridden at some point before for that users old workstation. However, I fixed that and when I run chksys it says it's pointed properly (no errors). But maybe something along those lines?

If it is a roaming profile, it maybe missing the Crystal Folder in the user_name\local settings\Windows or the user home folder\My Documents\Windows

Hey,
Thank you for the help, it did end up being something with her Application Data folder, might have been the temp thing, or the crystal reports thing. When I rebuilt the profile before, I had forgotten that the Application Data folder was redirected along with Desktop and My Documents (Which I had left alone due to the data in those folders). So although I wiped out most of the settings including the ntuser.dat files, it still had traces of the crystal reports folders and whatever else Adagio puts in there. I nuked that folder and let it rebuild and everything is working now.
