Question: I had an XP PC and now have a new Windows PC. I have installed all of my programs however when I try to enter payables, I'm getting the following error message

Unable to open data file jobs @J65AJOB (1213)

The good news is that this error has been reported previously in the same circumstances. The solution involves copying some files into a specific folder. Your Adagio dealer could take care of it for you very quickly.

I have emailed him and I am not getting a response. This is the 2nd time.

There is a Hot Fix that solves this problem. Your dealer will have access to it. Perhaps a phone call will be more effective than an email in this case?
