Is it possible to import this block of text?

Additional comments are stored in the Customer Notes Details without a Header. One would then assume that if they can be imported at all you would import them as a note. If there is no sample import file then some experimentation would be required to find the right file layout.

I don't believe there is an import for this particular field. You could probably generate this data with GridView-RW, but arbitrarily long text fields are finicky.
