Since you are the only one getting this error, you need to provide more information in order to help us to help you.
-What version of Payables are you using?
-On which screen exactly does it happen?
-Does it only happen on this one screen or on other [F6] SmartFinder screens too?
-At which point? What are you precisely entering or clicking on?
-You said "commonly". Does that mean 50% of the time? 25%? 90%?
-Can you reproduce it deliberately? In other words, is there a series of steps that consistently cause the error? A pattern?
-Does it happen on the same screen in the sample data that comes with Adagio?
-If you have more than 1 user, does it happen on all computers or just one?
-How long have you been experiencing this error?
-Did something change at the point when it started? Upgrade to Adagio? New computer or server?
Your other posts about "disappearing" AP batches suggests that there is something wrong in the environment outside of Adagio. Batches should never just "disappear".
