That information should be available when a custom modification to Adagio Invoices is in place to support pre-authorized debits.
Are you aware if your company has purchased this custom modification? Did you install this upgrade to Adagio Invoices 9.0B while a batch was open and had some invoices in it.
It's best to discuss what is happening with your Adagio consultant. If you do not have this custom modification, then a problem has occurred for the installation, likely with the information related to your program registration.
