Hi Doug,
What version of Windows does that workstation use?
The usual reason for this problem is that the 'Language for non-unicode programs' setting on the workstation was changed to English (Canada) as opposed to the factory default of English (US). When the setting on the workstation differs from what is saved with the specification (English US), then the margins will be too small (in your case).
The solution is to change the workstation Unicode setting back to English US. How to do this depends on the version of Windows. Windows 7 has something called a 'System Locale' on the Administrative tab of Control Panel - Region and Language. Windows XP has an Advanced tab within Regional and Language Options.
Note that this is different than the other possible specification printing problem when 'Large Fonts' is enabled on the workstation through Windows Display Settings, and can cause specs to print 'shrunk' on the page.
