Hi Barb,
When you use Calculate Customer Aging, there are amounts under each of the aging columns, which are used for the setting on hold. If a customer has an aged amount greater than this amount, then the customer is put on hold.
If you have an amount greater than zero in your first aging category (1-30 days, 1-15, or whatever you use), then this will put all customers with an amount in this aging category on hold. Set this amount to 0.00. Only have non-zero threshhold amounts in aging categories more than 45 days.
