Paydirt V 2.3.50

I just started using Paydirt in January 2012. So far I like it.

My issue is that I need to split out a few different WCB Classes, from employee's who were recorded in a general WCB Class before now.

I have set up the separate classes and reassigned the employee's that needed changes, but when trying to run my payroll they are still calculating at the general WCB class that they were assigned to before.

I have checked the settings in each employee, the new codes are set to active.

I have checked the Company Settings, Employee Setup, Employee Settings, WCB Class and made the change to "Use Emply", but the WCB Class keeps resetting either to the WCB Reg Code or the WCB Gas, no matter how many time's I change the setting to "Use Emply".

I have to run my payroll early this week, due to a STAT holiday. I need help.

Thank you Andrew, a Qlab rep emailed me last night and should be calling this morning. I really appreciate your help.

The issue was fixed by changing the WCB Class to "Use Emply" in the window Pay Codes-Wage Codes-Gov't Ded-WCB? drop down. Also accessable through Mass Change-Paycodes (radio button)-Gov't Ded (Radio Button)-WCB Class drop down.

Qlab was very helpful.

Thank you again,
Tina
