Silly problem here. It has been so long since we required any changes to our user or passwords we cannont remember the primary system user or passwords for getting into the user control. Is there a way for the primary user to be reset to the "sys" defaults or for me to go into a file to locate the user id and password.

The information is encrypted for security. There is no quick way to reset the defaults if you have misplaced a password.

There is a solution. However, it is not suited to the forum. Please contact your Adagio consultant for more information.
