I have a Uniform and Promotional Business and I was wondering how can I imput a JPEG or PDF Image of prehaps a customers logo that we are doing for them on some garments in the A/R Note Field.

Why not just copy and paste the path to the image and paste it in the notes? If someone wants to look at the image, they can copy and paste the Folder\file.jpg into Explorer.

I gave your suggestion a try and it is workable, albeit as a work-around.

Instead, how about adding a new feature to the various modules, that in effect would be the beginnings of a Document Management solution?

It’s of course easy on my part to offer my suggestions, but perhaps it could be as simple as in the Notes section, offer one additional field that allows users to add the path to a document/image. This way, users could see the Note, and as well, have a direct link to the Document with a single click to view.

(The field would be one that allows for a hyperlink to a file somewhere on the users' computer/network/internet.)
